Winery Bar & Cellar (The)

The stylish interior of the Winery Wine Bar & Cellar which is housed in an elegant, high- ceilinged listed building, reveals the owner's great love of wine as well as an eye for design. The gleaming chrome of pipe work and storage tanks contrasts with the comfortable grey chairs and natural wood tables and wall shelves that display numerous bottles of wine all cleverly lit. The thermostatically controlled glass storage room has countless rows of wine bottles with each label proudly on display below each rack and the focus of the display is a large oak wine barrel. Outside, the terrace is simply decorated with black metals and chairs and the 'wow' factor is created by the stunning floodlit honey stone wall with young tendrils of ivy growing skywards. Georgio Ktistis the owner, is a dedicated oenologist who has been working with wine since 2008. It is his great love that has inspired this stylish place and for many it is a  unique experience to be able to relax and enjoy good wine in the bar, knowing that wine is being produced just behind the bar staff! Andri, Georgio's wife has been the designer of this dynamic bar.
